• Social Action - engaging in acts to help repair the world through community service and supporting charitable causes.
• Education - ensuring a warm, welcoming, and engaging Reconstructionist Jewish education to children in grades K-7.
• Learning and Programming - organizing classes and lectures on various topics of Jewish interest
• Membership- supporting an inclusive, diverse, and welcoming community of individuals and families.
• Ritual - scheduling and overseeing all worship services and providing guidance to service leaders
• Hesed - supporting congregants and families at times of sorrow and joy
• Kehillah - coordinating the provision of food and drink for Shabbat and holiday services and special events
• Communications - coordinating communication to the membership and crafting public statements on behalf of the Congregation
• Security - responding to the congregation’s security needs
• Technology - providing technical support for services and programming
• Inclusion - oversees progress of meeting the needs of all members in cooperation with other committees
• Dor Ha'Ba - creating a space for young adults (ages 18-40)
• Dor Hadash Book Group - reading and discussing novels and short stories with Jewish content
• Shira (Song Group) - meeting to sing beloved Jewish songs
